Our commitment
The Rorich Group (PTY) Ltd respects your privacy and follows the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). This policy sets out how we meet the Act and how you can exercise your rights. It works together with our privacy policy, which explains what information we collect and why.

How we follow the conditions for lawful processing
- Accountability. We are responsible for making sure these conditions are met, and we have named an Information Officer to oversee that.
- Processing limitation. We collect only information that is relevant to dealing with you, and we process it lawfully and in a way that does not intrude on your privacy. We collect it directly from you.
- Purpose specification. We collect information for the specific purposes given in our privacy policy, and we do not keep it for longer than we need to.
- Further processing. We do not use your information for a new purpose that does not fit the reason you gave it to us, unless you agree or the law allows it.
- Information quality. We take reasonable steps to keep your information accurate and up to date, and we correct it when you tell us it is wrong.
- Openness. We tell you who we are, what we collect and why, through this website and our privacy policy.
- Security safeguards. We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. If there is a security compromise, we will notify the Information Regulator and the people affected, as POPIA requires.
- Data subject participation. You may see, correct and ask us to delete your information, as set out below.
How to make a request
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw a consent you gave.

- Tell us who you are and what you would like us to do.
- We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not give your information to someone else.
- We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and tell you what we have done.
Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Sending information outside South Africa
Some of the services we use, such as the service that delivers our enquiry-form messages, may store or process information outside South Africa. We only allow this where POPIA permits it.
