Who we are
This website is run by The Rorich Group (PTY) Ltd (“we”, “us”). We supply labels, packaging, label rolls and scales to businesses. We are the “responsible party” for the personal information described in this policy under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

The information we collect
We only collect what we need to deal with you.
- Through the enquiry form: your name, your business name, a phone number or email address, the product you are asking about, and anything you write in the details box.
- When you call or email us: the contact details you use and what you tell us.
- Technical information: the company that hosts this website may keep standard server records, such as your IP address, the pages you asked for and the time, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send you a quote.
- To supply, invoice and support an order you place with us.
- To keep the records we are required to keep by law, for example for tax and accounting.
- To keep this website secure and working.
We do not send marketing emails or add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to do what you asked, or where the law requires it:
- Web3Forms (web3forms.com): the service that delivers enquiry-form messages to our email inbox. It receives the contents of the form when you send it.
- Our email and telephone providers, which carry your messages and calls.
- Our website hosting provider, which delivers this website to you.
- Couriers, suppliers and delivery partners, where we need to pass on your name, address and phone number to deliver an order.
- Our professional advisers, and authorities, where the law requires or allows it.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside South Africa. Where that happens we only do so where POPIA allows it, for example where the provider is bound by law, rules or an agreement that protects your information in a way that is substantially similar to POPIA.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not currently set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The fonts are served from this website itself. If we add cookies or analytics in future, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise them.
How we protect it
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from loss, damage and unauthorised access. Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection. If we ever suffer a security compromise that affects your information, we will tell you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.
Your rights
Under POPIA you may ask us to:
- tell you whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy;
- correct or update information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete information we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
- stop using your information for a purpose you object to; and
- withdraw a consent you gave us, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at POPIAComplaints@inforegulator.org.za or inforegulator.org.za.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. The current version is always on this page.
